Penopoly is moving!

Roger had the opportunity to move to a huge new location so last week and this week has been dedicated to moving the Penopoly studio. Penopoly is still in Castro Valley but is now half way between Castro Valley and San Ramon. Construction work has been under way and should be finished later this week.

Latest update to new-arrivals

Just finished up the latest new arrivals. Roger picked up several Michel Perchin pieces. Many vintage Omas, Waterman Edson, some real nice Pelikans and Auroras. Take a look.

Penopoly Pens New Arrivals

I have a few real nice pieces that came in this week that will post as soon as I can get Roger to price them. They will go into the Latest Finds category on the web site. Also keep an eye on the blog and Facebook pages for pens that Roger will be getting at the Atlanta show. They will be posted to Latest Finds too.

A note from Rich Littlestone, proprietor of MetalWrite —–

As I recall, sometime during the year 2000, my friend Rik Knablein introduced me to the fountain pen .. again. He showed me a pair of elegant, solid silver, engraved, weighty pens from Andy Lambrou’s Classic Pens effort – they were a CP5 pair and my favorite marque at the time. I bought a couple for myself and over the next few years bought some more, and CP6, and CP7. I was entranced by the solid silver and the exquisite guilloché on the barrels.

We received a collection of pens last week made by Paul Rossi. Paul is a very talented maker of custom pens. His work has been sold by many pen companies and he sells his pens at the pen shows.
